Resolved Question: Whats the name of that love song?

-I think the name of the song is "Dear Irene" by some jewish looking dude. -The video has the band dressed in rags and overalls singing at a corner. -The band is a one hit wonder im sure. -Its a love song, with a girls name in the chorus and I think its either Irene or Diana -The song is from late80's and early 90's. -The lead singer has like Jewish jerry curlys and a bad 5 0'clock shadow. -The video reminds me of "Say Say Say" by Paul McCartney I heard the song on Vh1 a few times and can only remember parts of the video.
